This is a piece of driftwood which I discovered on a walk along the beach. It stuck out literally jumping out at me, the life it had spent being shaped and carved into the thing it had become. It fitted my mood and the state of mind I felt perfectly as if it had been made by my hands and I found great encouragement from its shape, the textures and form.
